The City of Gatlinburg owns and operates a sanitary sewer system on Birds Creek Road from the Gatlinburg City limits to Caton's Chapel School.

Gatlinburg has identified a limited amount of capacity in this system and will accept applications for service connections for qualifying properties on a first come first serve basis until the safe operating limit of the system has been reached.
